CANCELLATION POLICY

At our salon, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-call, no-show appointments will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. The cancellation/no-show fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked. Clients who repeatedly cancel on the same day or fail to show up may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit or prepay in full for future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Fee waivers are granted at management's discretion. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our small business.
